Ingredients / Active Ingredients 100% certified organic Sandalwood Essential Oil Description Rich and sweetly scented, sandlewood oil is known as an aid to meditation, spiritual growth, and as an aphrodisiac. Additionally it relieves stress, soothes irritation, lifts depression and is a tonic to the immune system. Characteristics & Properties Sandalwood is one of the oldest known aromatic oils and dates back 4000 years. It is highly valued as a fragrance, as an incense ingredient and in the use of yoga and meditation practices. The Indian Government has severely limited the export of this oil until the trees have had a chance for regrowth. Anti Septic - when applied to the skin, it protects wounds, sores, boils and pimples from infections and becoming septic.  Eases coughs, bronchitis. Helpful with muscle spasms - said to strengthen connective tissue.  Increases circulation - helpful for varicose veins. Stimulates the immune system - aids bactericidal digestion. Soothes skin, relieves inflammation and irritations. Sedative - Calms irritability, anxiety, fear, stress & restlessness.Directions Multipurpose Liquid (1ml/1ml) Massage: 4 drops to 10ml carrier oil Bath: 5 drops in full drawn bath.
