For relief of muscle spasms and cramps: Take 1 metric teaspoon daily (6g) with water or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For migraine management: Take 2 metric teaspoons daily (12g) with water.


Stop taking this medication if you are experiencing tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare professional as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Contains sugar.

Magnesium Powder + CoQ10
