There is an increased requirement for folic acid during pregnancy.
Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect, seek specific medical advice. Contains sulfites.
No added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products or animal-derived products.
Folic Acid 500mcg
Folic Acid, if taken at a daily dose of 400-500mcg one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of women having a child with birth defects of the brain and spinal cord such as the neural tube defect known as spina bifida.
