ESTRO BLOCK-DIM (Diindolylmethane)

Dim is a phytonutrient and plant indole found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale which have been cultivated for thousands of years. Dim is not an estrogen or a hormone however it is metabolised by the same class of cytochrome enzymes that reside in the cell membranes

Diindoylymethane (DIM) is a component of Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) found in members of the Brassica family. Most notably broccoli, kale, and cauliflower. It has potent effects on estrogen metabolism and is able to keep the body relatively balanced (by preventing either drastic increases or decreases in estrogen). In small amounts, it can both inhibit the aromatase enzyme (and prevent conversion of testosterone into estrogen)

Estro Block has several proven health benefits, particularly for women and men over the age of 40. DIM is mainly used to help stabilize estrogen levels, though new health benefits, such as aiding in  prostate health , have emerged as well. Also, unlike many stores would have you believe, it is possible to get a DIM supplement at an extremely affordable price.
